Library staff will search for the book and can put it on hold for you if we find it. If you think a book is missing from the shelves you can let us know by filling in our online missing book form. The Library does have a copy that says it’s available on the catalogue but I can’t find it on the shelves We might be able to purchase more copies or look into making some of our existing copies short loans. If you think that we need more copies of this book, please let us know by using the online recommendation form.

The SOLO online guide explains how to place reservation or staff in the Library can show you how. You can place a reservation on a book via SOLO that is out on loan and you will be informed by email when the book is ready for you to collect. The Library does have the book but all of the copies are out on loan They can also arrange to reserve the book for you to use when it arrives in the Library.
